Product Designer with over 5 years of experience and a robust architecture background spanning 3 years. Specializing in user-centered design and computational innovation, my approach integrates key human factors into all phases of design, resulting in superior digital and physical products. At the forefront of product development, I adeptly balance business and user needs, guiding projects from inception to launch in agile settings. My international experience includes roles in Turkey and Portugal, and notable contributions as Turkey's representative at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale Di Venezia. As a Teaching Assistant at Bilkent University's Department of Architecture, I deepened my expertise in the interplay of architectural and user experience design, focusing on impactful human-centered design strategies.

  • Led the design and implementation of software solutions for defense industry, significantly enhancing client satisfaction and product performance through a user-centered design approach..

Product Designer at Armut / HomeRun

  • Designed the Provider Reward Program, driving a notable increase in customer loyalty and a 20% improvement in retention by introducing targeted rewards that significantly improved customer lifetime value.

  • Designed an MVP for the internal customer security check dashboard. The previous flow of operations' personnel was complicated and hard to manage, especially for new joiners. With the new security check flow, the daily manually checked user number has increased by 30%.

  • Designed customer reservation tracking, boosting customer satisfaction, and increasing retention by 15% through improved service delivery and engagement.

  • Optimized design workflows using Notion, Miro, and Figma, which improved team productivity and project management across the company.

Teaching Assistant at Bilkent University

  • Fulfilled the role of a Teaching Assistant for various courses, including Architectural Design Studio classes, Computational Design Studio, and Media. Earned a fully-funded scholarship for this position, contributing to departmental works and supporting students' academic growth.

Product Designer at Picus Security​

  • Led the design of the Cloud Security Validation product. Formed the Cloud Security validation and Security Control Validation flows. This product heavily contributed to Picus earning a valuable position above its competitors.

  • I was both the product designer and the Cloud Security Validation product owner. I directed complete Cloud Security Validation product, across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Created detailed user flows to cover most edge cases and detect misconfiguration within complex AWS IAM policies. Designed the UI of cloud resource visualizer.

  • Improved Kubernetes security analysis product. Involved with the customer onboarding flow of Kubernetes security modules, which fortified cloud environments against emerging threats and ensured robust, continuous monitoring of containerized applications.

  • Growth in product communication strategies. Developed and executed a sophisticated customer analysis strategy using RFM segmentation, which tailored communications to user needs and drove a 10% increase in adoption rates for complementary products and features, enhancing user engagement and retention.

  • Advocated for accessibility standards, and led the "WCAG 2.2 AA" accessibility project, significantly boosting the inclusivity of the Security Control Validation Platform. Conducted comprehensive assessments and drove the implementation of assistive technologies, enhancing the user experience by ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
